About us

Chain of Memories is a World of Warcraft guild located on the European Outland server, on the Alliance side. This guild has been created upon the release of the Third World of Warcraft Expansion, Cataclysm on the European Frostwhisper server on the Alliance side under the name The Stormwind Templars and has been moved at the end of the Fourth World of Warcraft Expansion, Mists of Pandaria. We decided to create a new guild with the founders of the guild Defender of MotherEarth wich also whas located on the European Frostwhisper server.

We are mainly a raiding and high mythic keystone guild counting with a few social members on our ranks. Our goal is to progress through the game content and beat the challenges that Blizzard has setup for us, and for this we count with a serious raiding and mythic keystone team. Outside raiding and mythic keystones we are a normal friendly guild, filled with all kinds of people who want to have fun and are always up for a good laugh. We tackle in every single aspect of the game and as such we present you with a serious PvE team so you can enjoy yourself doing what you love the most.

Chain of Memories was created with a new point of view. We believe in the Real Life first motto and we know World of Warcraft is nothing but a game, made for us to have fun on our spare time and not to be a second job. We are a bunch of players who want to beat the challenges but without spending the usual five hours a day, five days a week as most of us here have real lifes with jobs and families to attend to as a priority. We do believe we can achieve what others achieve, but at a smaller pace, we aren't interested in rushing through the content just in order to be considered one of the best guilds, instead we hope to be considered one of the best guilds in terms of quality, sociability, diversity and achievements made using our available resources without sacrificing the real life component. We do not care if we take the double of the time to achieve our goals compared to those hardcore guilds if in the end we can achieve them as well and without sacrificing so much.

Inside our guild you will find a whole diversity of people. Quite a lot of our members have been playing since the game came in, who have quite a vast experience on their shoulders over the content that has been dropped upon us until now. We have Raiding Players who help our guild progress through the new challenges and achieving our goals, who put all their effort during our raiding duration to make the best out of our available time, but who also know how to have fun and be relaxed. We have Social players who can't attend most of our raids but who are always able to help when the need arise and who bring life to the guild activities and guild chat. And we have brand new players who are seeing the game for the first time, who are the "noobies" of this age as we were the "noobies" when we first started playing, who bring the same fun, enjoyment and dedication that we witnessed and felt when we first made contact with this game and it's environment. These are the players that make Chain of Memories what it is, a huge diversity of human beings fighting for a common goal, to have fun and to succeed in our achievements as a huge community, as a huge family.

We do believe it's the members that make a guild what it is, and as such we value everyone we have and always have and always will reward players who treat the guild like a family, who put their dedication and effort into helping us accomplish our goals, who don't give up, who have good social skills. We have and will always try to make our members as happy as it's in our reach and do what we can to make sure they are having the most fun they can have in this social game. We value the social part above anything else.

Greetings,
Airtrîpper and Durotor
